Did the firmware update and, it was easy. Not much to explain really, it downloaded, installed, did its little restart thing, and that was about it. The device seems to run better now, a bit quicker and less annoying than before. So yeah, happy with it.

The parts do come out clean, so I’ll give it that, but I felt a bit misled because the screens still clog up sometimes. I was expecting it to run more smoothly without having to deal with that

"Chamber size is just right, but I’m still waiting on an apology"
The chamber size is great. It holds enough for a solid session without me having to refill it over and over, but it’s not so big that anything feels wasted. It’s easy to pack and I’ve been using it almost every day because it fits the way I like to use it. That said, I did have a small issue with my order and I’m still kind of expecting an apology for how it was handled. The product itself is 5 stars for me, but the customer service part could’ve been better

"Easy to get the parts I needed"
I needed a couple replacement parts for my older device and I was glad they still had them listed on the site.
Finding the right pieces was easy, and I didnt feel like I had to guess or dig around forever. Prices seemed fair enough, shipping was normal, and the whole order went smoothly.
Its nice being able to fix something instead of replacing the whole thing. I would order from them again if I end up needing more parts.

"Really solid and smooth to use"
This feels really well made right away, not like one of those cheap plastic products. The buttons and parts all fit nicely, and the whole thing has been a smooth experience so far. It feels like it’ll hold up for a long time, so I’m happy with it.

To be fair, I did get the answer I needed in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. It just took a few days, and some of the replies felt a little copy-pasted rather than specific to my issue. Not terrible, but I do wish support had been a bit quicker and clearer.

"Solid vape, just not the quickest to heat up"
I ordered it from storz-bickel.com everything went smooth. The device works really well once it gets up to temp, and it feels sturdy too. The temperature stays steady, which I definitely appreciate. My only thing is the heat-up time isn’t exactly super fast. It’s not like it doesn’t work fine, because it does, but when I’m rushing I do notice the wait a bit. Still a good device overall, just wish it warmed up a little quicker. 4 stars from me.

I’ve been using my Storz & Bickel vape for a few weeks now, the battery life has made me feel really good about the purchase. I can get several sessions in before I have to charge it, which is such a relief when I’m out and don’t want to worry about it dying on me. It charges without any fuss too, and I haven’t had any weird issues so far. Overall, I’m just really happy with it.

I ordered a replacement part and the checkout process was straightforward. Compared to some other sites I’ve used, the confirmation came through really quickly, which was nice. The only downside was the shipping updates felt a little slower than I expected. That said, the part showed up in good shape and was packed well, so overall it worked out fine.

"Feels good, but maybe a little too chunky on purpose"
It feels solid in the hand and it’s easy to hold, which I appreciate. The buttons are right where they should be too, so no complaints there. It is a little chunky if I’m using it for a while, and part of me wonders if they design these things that way just to keep us from getting too comfortable. But overall, it’s comfy enough and works fine for me

I’ve had my Storz & Bickel device for just over 3 years now, and it just keeps going. I’ve dropped it a few times too, but it hasn’t had any real issues. The battery is still decent, and the whole thing just feels really solid. Happy with how well it’s held up.

I bought this from STORZ & BICKEL, the display is one of those little things that ended up mattering more than I expected. The text and numbers are really clear, even when I’m not holding it right up to my face. I don’t have to squint or second-guess the settings, which just makes the whole thing feel less frustrating and more relaxed to use. It’s a simple detail, but it genuinely makes the experience better

My order shipped quickly and actually got here a day earlier than I expected. The box looked fine and the tracking updated like it should. I can’t really speak to anything beyond the delivery part yet, but for this order at least, there were no issues.
